COMMERCIAL PROJECTS  HISTORIC RENOVATIONS We have done wineries, golf clubs, and commercial buildings in different styles. We have renovated large estates as well as the Montecito Country Club Clubhouse, the Old Montecito Firehouse, and the Lobero Theatre courtyard in downtown Santa Barbara. At left and below is the Roblar Winery near Los Olivos on Highway 154 in the Santa Ynez valley near Santa Barbara. The mandated barn style has natural redwood siding.
